The hotel staff were friendly and provided helpful service. The room was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The location was very convenient as it was close to several important tourist attractions and public transportation. the breakfast was tasty with a variety of options to choose from.
The street noise was excessive and made it difficult to sleep through the night. , there was no coffee or tea-making facilities in the room which would have been a nice touch.

The hotel is well located in the old part of the Vasilievsky Island, easy access to the the city centre (about 10 minutes walk to the Embankment with a stunning view). The rooms are clean and spacious, good beds.
The rooms are not sound-proof, this makes the hotel rather noisy. No lift service to the ground floor and reception, steep staircases (probably not suitable for the desabled). The rates are quite high during the White Nights season.

Nicely decorated clean rooms, good location, quiet. Good breakfast buffet, especially the sausages)) Polite restaurant staff.
Smelly water, the reason of which the staff failed to explain. awful elevator that's not big enough for two people, let alone two people with luggage (especially important if you live on the 5th floor). No 24-hour room-service and malfunctioning Wi-Fi during the whole 4-day stay. Restaurant closes early, too often used for corporate events. Low-key service that's sometimes too "low".

I recently stayed in a hotel during my business trip and found the location to be excellent, as it was just a short walk to the subway station, making my daily commute effortless. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was also fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from each morning. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries, which were a great start to my day.
The elevators were quite slow and made it frustrating for me when I was in a rush. , the walls were quite thin, and I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep.

Just the place and interior of the hall and room, they gave me after my request to change the previous one.
The girl on the reception was really terrible, unpolite to me in everything:in talking, in pose, in explainig the rules and for the other request with check-out. it took me 25 minutes to get the reciept.

We have looked for hotel in a quiet area close to center with conditioner, free wi-fi and buffet breakfast. The hotel offers all of these at competitive price. The hotel is one metro stop from Nevsky str. The hotel is located in historical building with some old time flare. The room and bathroom are comfortable and spacy. We have stayed for a week and it has been good to relax in hotel after exhausting sightseeing.
We waited for check of minibar. This untrust was embarassing.

bed, dressing
Very thin walls, audibility, just as if the walls are not quite. Sleep is impossible due to the fact that any sound is heard. This is a critical parameter. Staff at the reception nedbrozhelaten and not sufficiently professional. These prichinvm never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location, nice quiet room, good airconditioning (important for current period).
Internet access was not available for the whole duration of our stay; reception staff (one of the ladies) could have been more nice and helpful.

Very convenient location, close to metro station, and 6-7 Lane (pedestrian area on the Vasilievsky Ostrov). Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, reasonable breakfast choice.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, with the subway just five minutes away and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great bed and a variety of pillows to choose from. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to satisfy all tastes. I highly recommend this place.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with their family.

I was not impressed with the service. The hotel advertises 24 hour room service however, I could not get a cup of coffee at 5:30 am. The said I would have to wait until breakfast opened. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and it had never been a problem. this hotel also does not give free water bottles as all other hotels i have stayed in russia do. was not impressed with this hotel.

The staff was friendly, carried the baggages for us first day when we arrived tired, brought us a vase for a flower, speaks multilanguage (english/ french). The room was clean, quite equiped. Location is ok, not so far from metro, stores etc. However you've to take metro if you want to reach city center (Nevsky Prospekt), otherwise 20-25mn walk.
The breakfast is quite poor, in 2 mornings you have already memorised all the dishes/ meals, and you see that there's not so much new ones. Presence of mosquitos, quite disturbing. Curtains are quite thin, so be expect not to sleep on till too late, you'll be waken up by the light for sure.
